Each ruler is 12 inches long and 1/8" thick and made from beautiful woods each with their own characteristics.
You can choose Maple, Cherry, Walnut, Baltic Birtch, Popular and Alder.  Please keep in mind that each piece of wood has different appearances and characteristics and no two rulers will have the same appearance.
The ruler measurement scales are in both inches and centimeters. 
How do you want YOUR ruler personalized?  We personalize each ruler with names, school names, special sayings, etc...  The engraving comes out with a GREAT contrast to make it easy to read. You can use them as classroom gifts, business give a ways, or for anything that requires a ruler.
Please note that the color of the engraving varies with the type of wood. It can be from Light Brown to a Dark Black.
